Here’s unlocking an efficient rope-climb technique in 5 simple steps⤵️ 1. Get the foot-lock right. Wrap the rope around your foot (I prefer my dominant foot) and lock the rope with the opposite foot (next to it or on top it) 2.. Use a vertical jump at the start, getting up high, and saving time at the start of the climb 3. Get your legs crunched as high as possible between each grab to gain extra length when extending your legs 4. Keep the rope close to your body when fully extended (stand on your lock) 5.
