Pull-ups can look easy - but they are NOT!
Took me around a year, before I managed to get my first strict pull-up! And another year to do a pull-up only using two fingers 🤯
👉 Here are 3 exercises, which helped me get to my first strict pull-up. Implementing these 2-3 times a week:
1️⃣ Banded pull-ups (helps learning range of motion, work on full moment slowly, and progress to lighter bands)
2️⃣ Negative pull-ups (starting movement at top, and slowly lowering yourself down, adding weight to this movement time)
3️⃣ Cabel pulldown (slowing increasing weight. Goal to be able to pull down own body weight)
