Our SAR teams are always ready to answer the call. The other night the vcsar3 team responded to a vehicle 300 feet over the side of Santa Susana Pass Road, just east of Box Canyon. Two occupants were in the car, one was airlifted prior to our arrival, sadly one was deceased. Body recoveries are never fun, especially on Christmas. Not all of our calls end on a positive note.
