Here's another version of a hotel workouts.
If you only have a few minutes, there's no need to go to the gym. If a hotel has a solidly built vanity you could do all sorts of exercises:
1️⃣ bench dips (lots of core)
2️⃣ reverse grip bench dips (more core)
3️⃣ dips
4️⃣ L-sits
And remember you don't need a lot of time. Just a few few minutes of messing around - getting the body moving and blood flowing - is good enough.
