Two friends this week, one a pilot the other an academic (no naming and shaming) asked me how I stay in shape on the road. They are a million different exercises you could do without even leaving your hotel room. But if the room happens to have a bench or a chair with solid arm rests - it can add a bunch of variety to your workout.
I wasn't particularly inspired in this workout on a recent trip because it was a long flight and it was dreary outside and I felt bleh....my goal was just to get the blood moving and a little surge of that wonderful internal medicine of endorphins.
So:
1️⃣pushups on the bench
2️⃣Knees to chest
3️⃣bulgarian split squat
4️⃣flutter kicks
and it doesn't matter what you do as long as you just get moving for a few minutes...
