M-FLO, EDITED BY ME. mflo_official takudj verbal_ambush real_lisa_gn this piece was a test piece for some new techniques that i wanted to try, and i like how it ended up turning out. i only recently discovered m-flo last summer, and as someone who often doesnt listen to japanese music, i quickly fell in love with this group and their sound. m-flo is a japanese hip hop group including three members, in which each specialize in their own area, production, rapping, and vocals. m-flo has a fun jazz, r&b, and techno sound that is heavily influenced by american music at the time, groups like the neptunes. m-flo's run during the early 2000s was insane, working with american artists like Kanye and Beastie Boys, and also one of the members joining the Teriyaki Boyz, a group signed with Def Jam. m-flo has become one of my favorite groups to listen when im trying to work, as their beats alone are so fun to listen to. i have a dedicated playlist for m-flo that i have linked in my bio if anybody ...
