A moss covered Mushroom cake to celebrate me being back from my week off!!! It’s 4 layers of spiced pear goodness inside all held together with fluffingly fantastic cream cheese frosting! Say that 10 times fast! The outside is covered in cake crumb moss. I have a reel on how to do it, but it’s seriously just white cake with green food safe coloring. You add the color before baking and then crumble up the cake after it’s baked and cooled! There are so many fun applications for it! Then all the mushrooms you see are marzipan! Even the little medallion on the front of the cake is marzipan pressed into a cookie mold! I had a lot of fun with this one! Lots of new goodies coming your way this week!
