Royal icing 2 cups powdered sugar (sifted) 5 tsp meringue powder 5 (+/-)Tablespoons water Gel food coloring Add the powdered sugar, meringue powder, and water to a mixing bowl. Mix using your whisk attachment until completely smooth (1-2 minutes). If the mixture is too runny add more sugar.
