Cranberry Orange Carrot Cake 🥕🧚🏻✨ A Christmas time reimagining of my favorite cake. The addition of warming spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and ginger really drive home the Christmas nostalgia. The cranberries add a bright burst of flavor to every bite. This whole cake was inspired by the lovely mushroom art pieces by yasminbochi that you see atop the cake and around it.they reminded me so much of the sugar plum fairy! The cake is also decorated with sugared cranberries, flowers from my garden (yes it’s still in full bloom) as well as cake crumb moss!
