Homemade sprinkles! Mine are shaped like little toadstools but you can make yours into anything you’d like! What you’re going to need: #1 Wilton piping tip (or whatever size you desire) Parchment paper Piping bag Desired gel food coloring (optional) 3/4 cup powdered sugar (sifted) 1 tablespoon water 1/2 tablespoon corn syrup Combine all ingredients (except coloring)into a bowl and mix together until smooth. Divide mixture into separate bowls for each color desired. Add color sparingly until desired shade is achieved. Add mixture(s) to piping bags fitted with piping tip. Pipe design out onto your parchment paper and allow to dry completely. This usually is 8-10 hours.
