A mid July focaccia brought to you by the herb garden! 🪴 I try to make focaccia often throughout the summer. It’s an excellent way to utilize what’s in the garden, impress company and it’s easy! This week’s bake is jam packed with fresh herbs like rosemary, chives, and oregano. It also packs a flavorful punch from the addition of Chlorella and fresh garlic. All of which are power players when it comes to your health! It’s decorated with edible flowers & herbs from the garden. These include - allium, calendula, lavender, yarrow, echinacea, zinnia, and basil. We use the focaccia as our bread with dinner. Often to “sop” up savory juices from the dish.
