Candles and Books. 📚🕯️✨ Two of my very favorite things on this planet. Especially on a lazy Sunday afternoon! These book inspired candles are crafted by Amy at oldfieldsociety - an English teacher in New England. I am a sucker for a teacher following her dreams… probably because I was a teacher who followed hers. This small business is near and dear to my heart and I think once you smell these candles you’ll agree! They have been named after famous authors we know and love such as Jane Austen (lavender bouquet), Louisa May Alcott (earthy florals), Charlotte Brontë (juniper and forest greens), Edgar Allen Poe (rich woods and musk), plus many more! I have been really enjoying my dough bowl candle! It’s so pretty on my kitchen island! Plus the vessel will get lots of use long after the candle is gone!
