Chickens, Mushrooms, and flowers? 🐔 🍄 💐 Oh, and a lavender cake! All in the same picture? Am I dreaming? This is my favorite I’ve ever made. I didn’t expect it as I was making it then all at once I fell head over heels. The chickens are fashioned out of marzipan to look like my two sweetest hens - Rose & Blanche. Did you know chickens love herbs, too? Mine are obsessed with lavender. It seems fitting this cake is full of it! The gorgeous flowers are from ionarosefloralco . You all ask me at least once a day where you can get edible flowers. I’m never any help because mine all come from my garden! Well, I have found y’all some! She ships and she’s the best quality I’ve ever used (including the ones I press myself). I used the autumn blend on this cake! The green moss is green cake crumbs!
