easy dump and bake cheese dip! my aunt Cami made this once from a video she saw on FB and it was SO good, I had to make it for our BBQ last night! Recipe can be customized to whatever you like, here is what I used! •2 cream cheese •2 cans of Mexican corn (or regular) •1-2 cans of rotel •1 can of diced green chilies •(you could also add a can of jalapeños) •Taco seasoning - I only used about half of it •garlic powder (measured with my heart) •8 oz of pepper jack cheese •4-6 oz of sharp cheddar cheese In the oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes Pull out and stir together until everything is melted!
