Ingredients: -1lb ground beef (1tbsp garlic powder, 1 1/2tsp ancho powder, 1tsp chili powder, 1/2tsp cumin, 1/2tsp onion powder, 3/4tsp salt, 3tbsp tomato paste, 1cup beef broth, 2 bay leaves) -nacho cheese (2tbsp butter, 1.5tbsp flour, 3/4cup whole milk, 1cup packed shredded hickory smoked cheddar, 3/4tsp salt) -lime crema (sour cream, 1 garlic clove, lime juice, salt) -shredded lettuce -diced tomatoes -diced red onions -tortillas -small taco slider tortillas Recipe: -in a large pot on med heat add ground beef. mash to break into small pieces. Add seasoning and cook for another 2 min. Add tomato paste. Stir to mix. Add broth and bay leaves. Bring to a simmer and cook for 30 min until liquid is absorbed. Remove bay leaves.
