Some of you know this but I worked at a coffee shop all during college. It was a smaller, third-wave roaster. I immediately fell in love with the craft of coffee. Which over the years expanded my appreciation for food and alcohol as well. Getting to learn the deeper process of the creation of beer was so cool!!
