We loved wine tasting at Vienza Winery, just across from the new Italian garden. We enjoyed a few tastings inside and took the last two to the garden, while listening to live music. Then, we dined at their Bolero Restaurante. Recommend the wine flight, where you can choose 3 Spanish wines. And the tableside experience is perfect for sharing a Tomahawk Steak and your choice of Paella. In one day we had tastes of Italy and Spain right here in Temecula Valley, CA! After, we headed to Pechanga Resort Casino for nightlife and spent the next day relaxing at the Pechanga Spa.
