We loved our stay at The Inn’s luxe master suite with a fireplace and a balcony view of the vineyard - the sweet spot to enjoy a sunset! Resort golf carts took us to their three wineries: Bolero, C’est la Vie, and Vienza. Explored the new Mercato di Vienza - an Italian market with wood-fired pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and gelatos. Had the fun opportunity to make a pizza with Executive Chef Hany Ali. For a taste of Spain, a reservation at Bolero Restaurante is a must! I recommend their Seafood Paella. Enjoyed wine ...
