Eat🍌 but don’t perform 🍌 handstand. As a beginner hand balancing practitioner, it is OK to perform banana handstand because that’s how you find your body more stable but once you get proper stability, than you should learn to keep your spine straight in your handstand. #handstandtutorial #yashyoga
