I’m pretty bad at keeping plants alive so I wanted to make some colorful floating shelves with a hidden watering system. I love using #minwax water based color stains because of how easy they are to apply. I prepared the wood with pre-stain conditioner, mixed four custom colors of stain and applied them to each shelf.
