#ad Making the Balance Stool with minwaxusa Water-based Semi-Transparent Color Stain! #MinwaxPartner I haven’t done many colorful projects before, so I thought I would create a more vibrant piece with the Water-based Semi-Transparent Color Stain. I was able to custom-mix five different colors to create the gradient. After applying a thick coat of stain, I wiped away the excess to reveal the grain pattern underneath. This was a lot of fun to venture out of my comfort zone and I definitely want to experiment with color more often.
