I know at most bbq spots everything is cooked prior to opening. If this was steaming hot this would be top tier! LEST BRISKET SAMMICH - packed with cuts of brisket with their bbq sauce, pickled onions, pickles and American cheese on Texas toast. Bbq sauce valid and brisket did have a smoke ring. Flavors all there. Me personally id like a more sturdy piece of bread and again I know the brisket has to be made way earlier then opening hours so it wasn’t as hot or fresh as I’d like it.
