The duck is lightly breaded giving it a slightly crispy bite and it’s not dry. The flavor is hella good and I believe the sweet plum sauce added more to it. The lemongrass steak with the caramelized onions is perfect! I can have this over a bowl of white rice as well. The baguette is light and has a good crispy bite without being dry or hard.
