Seen this all over the gram so I had to pull up and see what it’s bout! It was busy when I walked in and you can them tossing and pulling the noodles. I loved the beef brisket in the first dish. The flavor of the broth was good as well even though I’d prefer it to have more of a spicy kick. The noodles were okay. The dan dan noodles were good! I love the flavor and the flat wide noodles I enjoy way more. It’s more of a bouncy cheery bite and seemed like better quality but that could just be me. My favorite were the spicy dumplings!
