🍜 NOODLES UP! Newly opened mindushengyan serves up faithfully authentic Fuzhou region-specific Fujianese cuisine. While they share many similarities to our Chinese favorites, they have some dishes I've never seen before and excited to try. They have packages we can order based on the amount of people we have, and an especially nice perk, you can pick your seafood and how you'd want it prepared. We chose a flounder to have as a soup!
