🐙 POLIPO yourself together at santinewyorkcity, the latest fine dining restaurant to open in Midtown; It's a beautifully built space set within the same spot as Alto, renowned chefbianco's former flagship! The pan-Italian menu is a nice touch, encompassing a culinary journey that spans much of Italy. We had the honor of trying out the octopus (a must), and one of several pastas (as pictured, garganelli; I'm told tagliatelle is also fantastic, so we'll have to come back for the rest of the pastas another night) and of course steak! We had the MANZO, a grilled wagyu strip that's one degree higher melt-in-your-mouth quotient than a cut of prime rib!
