Last week, almost 70 Bufferoos from over 15 different countries got together for a working retreat in Cancún! We’re a fully remote team and this was our first retreat in 5 years, so a lot of us were meeting in-person for the first time. It was an incredible week of connecting with folks that we normally don’t get a chance to talk to, casually hanging out, and making new connections. There really is something magical about meeting in-person! 💖 We usually split our time equally during retreats between work sessions, team bonding, and free time.
