Using a base of naturally risen, hand-stretched dough, it's topped with Genio's own Italian tomatoes, wood-fired, then flash frozen before hitting the road and onto shelves. We had the opportunity to preview this early on and can attest to the quality that anthony_w_mangieri put so much behind his creation. Of course, we had to put our own "OMG" touch to the pie, like fresh basil, shredded cheese (5 Italian cheeses: mozzarella, provolone, asiago, and romano), EVOO & coarse sea salt for flavor; all of which you can get at the grocery store too!
