Collidoscope: The de la Torre Brothers | Retro-Perspective is now on view at Corning Museum of Glass through January 2025. 🫀💃🔥🪰🎉✨ Encompassing almost three decades of work in 40 mixed-media glass sculptures, this exhibition highlights the breadth of the brothers’ artistic production. The art of the delatorrebros employs concepts of time, religion, tradition, regional distinctions, and personal experiences that expand our perceptions of cultural identity, much like the ever-changing view through a kaleidoscope. Collidoscope: de la Torre Brothers Retro-Perspective is part of a traveling exhibition organized by The Cheech Marin Center for Chicano Art & Culture of the Riverside Art Museum (The Cheech) and curated by Selene Preciado.
