Final exercise to conclude another leg day.
Seated calf raises was the last exercise to wrap up a brutal leg session.
Again like with standing calf raises, just 1 warm up set and then straight into it to failure.
Right the way down, heels almost touching the floor… then right the way up on my tip toes almost with a big squeeze.
So leg day done, next up was back day…
