Calf STOMP!šŸ’„ Banging my foot down to quite literally stamp my authority…. Posing wasn’t my favourite part like I said the other day, so I had to discipline myself to do it and spent hours practising. Because I had a martial arts background, some of the movements came naturally when I did compulsory poses where I put my own twist in. Like here with the calf stomp, I remember seen Thierry Pastel - who had great calves - do something similar where he drew attention to his calves. So I became inspired by that and wanted to make it a bit more dramatic and shocking, sort of aggressive while I made a statement. Similarly with my back poses and front lat spread where I made them a little dramatic so that people would be shocked to see my lats for example. Guys like Samir Bannout and Lee Labrada inspired me in the next step after stamping my calf where I showed my bicep and inner thigh, I’ll show some pics of it soon.
