Toronto offers many great attractions, but hiking through a canyon isn’t one of them. Fortunately, Mono Cliffs Provincial Park, located just over an hour's drive from the city, offers a stunning canyon experience. ⛰️⁠ ⁠ 📍 795086 3rd Line EHS, Shelburne, ON⁠ ⁠ The park, part of the Niagara Escarpment Parks System, is open year-round and features eight hiking trails ranging from 600 meters to nearly 5 kilometers. For those seeking canyon views, the 1.3 km Spillway Trail is a must. It takes you along a boardwalk that winds through a canyon surrounded by towering rock formations. 🪨⁠ ⁠ For a longer hike, the 2.8 km Cliff-Top Side Trail leads past 30-meter cliffs.
