My rivianofficial truck has been broken for months. they keep saying they will replace the trunk that’s inoperable. it may sound like first world problems and it is, but nobody is helping me get this fixed.l figured I would just post this to help maybe get it done. Egan who works there has been trying to deal with this for months and has been terrific but I cannot use the trunk at all. this is really crappy. Waited years for this truck and I need Rivian to do the right thing and work this out please. I can’t go on excursions with friends or camping or anything without this being functional. #rivian #riviantruck
