Here’s what I’d do if I had to start all over again: ✅ Step 1: Put 20% down on a $100k house in an affordable market and rent it out long term ✅  Step 2: Add a midterm rental to my portfolio to increase cash flow 💰 ✅  Step 3: Share my investing journey on social media along the way to build up credibility and meet other investors! (Don’t be afraid to just start!) ✅  Step 4: Raise private money using social media to buy more long term and midterm rentals ✅  Step 5: Rinse and Repeat!
