There will never be a perfect time to buy real estate. The most important thing to do if you’re looking to invest in real estate is to take action and actually GET STARTED! Here are the reasons I tell people why it is a good idea to invest in 2024: 1. GROWING HOUSING DEMAND: Did you know industry experts have confirmed that there’s a 4.5M housing shortage right now? How insane! That means rising home prices and more demand for your rentals! 2. LESS COMPETITION: Lots of people think that they can’t any good deals because of interest rates, so they just sit on the sidelines! Less competition means more (and better) deals for us! 3. BUY DEALS AT A DEEP DISCOUNT: Houses are sitting on the market for longer which means you are able to make aggressive offers! That’s something that wasn’t possible at 3.5% interest rates. 4.
