Recovery area has been upgraded in a big way! This has been a key part of training for me in the past year and now I can do it whenever I need it.
My favourite protocol so far is 2-3 cycles of 10 minutes hot jacuzz into a 2-3 minutes in the cold.
Guaranteed max relax after that!
