🍩 💕Making our own sidecardoughnuts Yesterday we got to go behind the scenes of the almost open Sidecar Doughnuts in Pasadena and make our own Old Fashioned Doughnuts. One of the most classic doughnuts. We learned that the dough has to be a precise height and in every dough batch, about 11 doughnuts are made. Eddie learned how to perfectly press dooughnuts, add the square indent for that perfect Old Fashioned doughnut look and then perfectly dip the doughnut in the icing. Holy moly, the doughnuts were SO good! We have been HUGE Sidecar Doughnuts fans for forever but it was pretty cool to make them with the team yesterday.
