I created the heart dimensions and conversation heart sayings into my cricut design space and then made them. I used cardstock for the hearts and red glitter vinyl for the letters This was super fast and easy to make and then I just hot glued the hearts on to some twine and ta da...the cutest Valentine’s Day garland!
