It’s a live action series with Ms. Appleberry (played by 2021 Teacher of the Year Julianna Urtubey) who is so warm, energetic and has the most positive spirit and our favorite, JJ. The series takes the familiar traditional classroom and transforms it into CoComelon’s world by using play and music to teach important lessons on sound, words and feelings. It was so fun to watch Max be so captivated with Ms. Appleberry and do the sounds of letters and animals with her on the screen. The show is so engaging and easy for kids to learn. There is a huge emphasis on promoting play and independence which I absolutely love as a mom. We loved being immersed into the world of CoComelon at the Cayton Children’s museum last weekend where learning through play was everywhere.
