BACK ATTACK πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯ 5-4-3-2-1 Back squat 405/275 25-20-15-10-5 Box jump overs 24”/20” . When this workout got annonces at the @rogueinvitational I have to admit I was intimidated. Turning over heavy squats has never really been my jam, BUT I had just finished a big squatting phase in training so I was Interested in putting that work to the test! What I thought might be a damage control event ended up being one of my best of the weekend.
