When this workout got annonces at the
@rogueinvitational I have to admit I was intimidated.
Turning over heavy squats has never really been my jam, BUT I had just finished a big squatting phase in training so I was Interested in putting that work to the test!
What I thought might be a damage control event ended up being one of my best of the weekend. Even after so many years, itβs nice to have a solid reminder that we really do get better at the things we work in π
