Have you been to sushibyscratchrestaurants? 🍣 Sushi by Scratch is a 17-course omakase experience located in various cities. I was invited to eat at their Seattle location and it did not disappoint 💫 “Omakase” is a Japanese phrase that means “I leave it up to you” aka the customer leaves it up to the chef to select and serve the menu Upon arrival, you’ll enjoy a cocktail and appetizer while everyone arrives to the reservation 🍹 (Pro tip: arrive early for parking bc you don’t want to be like me and hold up dinner trying to look for the restaurant lol) Once everyone is there, you’ll all enter a small room with a sushi counter that seats up to 10 people.
