Which one are you? 😂 📍 Fairmont Olympic Hotel 411 University St, Seattle, WA 98101 *Breakfast is open from 6:30am-11am Mon-Fri, and 7-11:30am Weekends* We had breakfast at The George this morning and it definitely hit the spot. It’s a French-American restaurant in a luxurious setting inside the @fairmontolympic ✨ We tried the Olympic Breakfast (scrambled eggs, herb breakfast potatoes, sourdough toast, bacon) and the PNW Salmon Lox Benedict (English muffin, poached eggs, hollandaise, breakfast potatoes, mixed greens).
