CrossFit Open Workout 15.1 was pure cinema from start to finish! 🎥
richfroning and mathewfras battled back and forth through this two-part workout.
Workout 15.1 started with a 9-minute AMRAP consisting of 15 toes-to-bars, 10 deadlifts, and 5 snatches.
Then it continued with 15.1A — 6 minutes to establish a 1-rep-max clean and jerk.
This throwdown was epic, with Froning winning 15.1 by just 3 reps, and Fraser just barely missing his final lift in 15.1A to give Froning a clean sweep.
