1 ½ cup cup low-fat plain yogurt
3 lemons squeezed
1 tsp Dried mint
3 cloves minced garlic
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
TABBOULEH:
1 bundle of parsley FINELY CHOPPED
2 long stems of mint leaves finely chopped
2 tomatoes diced
½ medium yellow onion diced
½ tsp salt
2 tsp of seven spice
1 tbsp bulgur wheat (fine)
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup olive oil
BAHARAT/ 7 SPICE:
1 tbsp allspice
1 tbsp coriander
1 tsp cinnamon
