2 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp garlic paste
2 scotch bonnet pepper turned into a paste
½ white onion
DRY SEASONINGS:
1 Maggi cube or adobo
1 tsp black pepper
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp ground cloves
