Customer Service Manager Iliana exemplifies our commitment to prioritizing customer service daily. Iliana started working at Publix when she was 17 years old and has worked in customer service for 23 years. Interacting with customers is her favorite part about her role. Iliana says, “Customer service is about how to treat [people] right. We’re the first thing the customer sees when they come in and the last before they leave.” She believes greeting customers is the foundation of how Mr. George, our founder, taught associates to treat others.
