Black Surf Week, a project of blacklikewater, is a collaborative effort involving ucsdrec, Black Diaspora and African American Studies, bsp.ucsd, the ucsdbrc, and the Undergraduate Colleges. The program is open to all UC San Diego undergraduate and graduate students.
