Meet the UC San Diego Sailing Team! ⛵🌊 ucsdsailing is governed by the Inter-Collegiate Sailing Association (icsa.tide) and represents our university in various college regattas. This year, the team had the opportunity to take 8 of their sailors to compete in the most prestigious keelboat regatta held on the West Coast, Harbor Cup, where only 10 schools in the country were selected to compete. While they are a racing team, a large part of their purpose is to introduce students to the sport of sailboat racing. No matter what your experience level is, ucsdsailing is a great way to get involved, learn a new sport, meet new people, and travel. Many of our alumni continue to race after college, including those who learned with the team.
