We love @drinksakehigh so much we had to make a drink to show our appreciation. All you need is lemon drop mix, Sake High, and of course a dash of Pearl's Creamed Honey for the perfect drink. Ingredients: 2 oz Sake High! Premium Junmai 1 oz Stirrings Lemon Drop Cocktail Mix 1/2 oz creamed honey (diluted with warm water) Ice Lemon wedge & honey drizzle (for garnish) Instructions: 1. In a small bowl, mix the creamed honey with a teaspoon of warm water until smooth. 2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add sake, lemon drop mix, and honey mixture. Shake well until chilled. 3. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge and a light drizzle of honey on top. This will be a well-balanced, citrus-forward drink with a smooth honey finish. Enjoy the "buzz".
