The wife of Republican state senator Justin Eichorn who's been arrested for allegedly soliciting a minor for pr*stitution has filed for divorce. Eichorn allegedly arranged to meet up with who he thought was a 17-year-old girl for s*x. A court had initially granted him conditional release to a halfway house but that was revoked on Monday after prosecutors leveled new claims against the disgraced politician. Eichron's wife Brittany filed a petition for dissolution of marriage in court on Monday following the devastating allegations.
